How the list of professionals is ordered
Confidey’s search shows professionals who published their profile. The order is the same for everyone and follows these rules, in this order:
- What matches what you asked for
Those who work on more of the areas you selected come first. Language, online or in person, city, maximum price and checked registration, when you choose them, remove those who do not fit.
- The time
Among equal matches, those who usually see people in the part of the day you asked for, in your time zone, come first.
- Ties change places every day
Those tied on everything above swap places every day, so no one is always at the top or always at the bottom.
Confidey does not sell places in the list. A professional’s plan gives access to the dashboard features and, with a checked registration, the badge; the badge is a filter you choose to use, not a push up the list.
Someone at Confidey checked the registration number with the professional body, in the country’s public register, less than a year ago, and the professional has a plan. Without a public register to check, there is no badge.
Only if you turn it on in the search. It uses only your goal areas and your language, to fill in the filters; your conversations never count, and none of it goes to professionals.
They are not part of the search yet. When they are, this page will say how each one is checked and what changes in the order.
