# Confidey

> Confidey is a relationship intelligence product. A person talks to Confidey about the
> relationships that matter to them — a partner, a parent, a friend, a boss — and gets
> help understanding what is happening and what to say. It is bilateral: two connected
> people each get their own private space, and the product never shows one what the other
> said.

Confidey exists because the hardest conversations are the ones people rehearse alone in
their heads. It is a place to rehearse them out loud, with something that remembers the
context and does not get tired of the subject.

## What it does

- **Daily conversation.** Text or voice, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
- **Live calls.** A real-time voice call that keeps running with the screen locked.
- **Relationships.** Each person in someone's life gets a page: history, a confidence
  index built from real interactions, and what Confidey has come to understand.
- **Commitments.** The thing someone keeps putting off ("call my mother", "apologise to
  Sam"), with a reminder and a way to ask for help doing it.
- **Characters.** Someone to rehearse a hard conversation with before having it for real.
  Paid feature, from the Plus plan.
- **Connections.** Two people connect and each keeps a private view of the relationship.

## What it is not

- Not therapy, and it says so. It does not diagnose and does not replace a professional.
- Not a social network. Nothing is public, nothing is shareable by design.
- Not a dating product.

Free: unlimited connections, 10 messages a day, 5 minutes of voice a month.
Plus: unlimited messages, 45 minutes of voice, 2 characters, no ads.
Max: 120 minutes of voice, 5 characters, sharing with up to 3 people.

Plus is 8.90 and Max is 18.90. The SAME number in every currency
(8.90 USD = 8.90 EUR = 8.90 GBP), not a conversion. 30% off when paid annually.

## Privacy

Conversations are private to the person. A connection never exposes what the other side
said. Notifications never mention the subject of a conversation — they appear on a lock
screen, where anyone nearby reads them. An account can be frozen instead of deleted:
everything is kept, nothing reaches the person, and one tap brings it back.
